Specifying windows and doors from the same range simplifies the design, coordination, and installation process and produces a cohesive finished result.

Are the best-selling doors suitable for Passive House certification?

Yes. The Passive House-suitable doors in Norrsken's range achieve whole-door Ud values at or below 0.80 W/m². PHPP-compatible performance data is available for each product.

For projects requiring formal certification, our technical team can advise on which configurations are most appropriate for the specific PHPP energy model.

What security performance do the most popular doors achieve?

All Norrsken external doors conform to PAS 24:2016, the UK's enhanced security standard. Multi-point locking is standard across the range, and glazed panels use laminated glass on entrance doors. The laminated timber frame provides inherent structural resistance to forced entry.

Can these doors be specified with matching colour to the windows?

Yes. All alu-clad doors can be powder-coated in any RAL colour to match the window specification precisely. Dual-colour finish - different colours internally and externally - is available as standard, and can be matched to the corresponding window specification for a consistent internal and external palette.

What types of door are included in the best-selling range?

The best-selling door range spans entrance doors, sliding and lift-and-slide patio doors, bi-fold doors, and French doors - available in alu-clad timber and all-timber configurations with double or triple glazing.
