Customer Experience Centre, Poole
- Address: Unit 9 The Alpha Centre, Upton Road, Poole, BH17 7AG. Get directions.
- How to visit: By appointment only, book below or contact us
- Opening Hours: Mon - Thurs - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fri - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
The Poole centre holds our full product range and is the most comprehensive place to see Norrsken products installed and in use.
On display are double and triple-glazed windows, sliding sash timber windows, panel and glazed entrance doors and large-format porcelain sills from Pietracasa with laser-cut drainage details. Products not yet featured in the online portfolio are also present, which makes Poole a useful stop for projects at early specification stage.
Appointments are led by a member of the Norrsken team. The format is an open conversation about your project, followed by a guided walkthrough of the space tailored to the products of interest. There's time to examine details closely, ask questions, and work through any outstanding decisions. Most appointments run between sixty and ninety minutes.
Who this suits: Homeowners self-builders, architects and developers at any stage of a project. For an overview of products demonstrated at Poole, see our product video library.
"We say go and visit the showroom, touch the doors, open them, see how they operate. These are big sliding doors – you need to feel the ease of them."

Norrsken has a permanent stand at the National Self Build & Renovation Centre, accessible during NSBRC's standard public opening hours, although we recommend booking ahead for the best experience. Our products are also installed, along with our sills and cavity supports, in the centre's brand new Retrofit Zone.
A member of the Norrsken team is not always present at the stand, so for detailed project conversations it is worth calling ahead or following up by email after your visit. We attend the centre's three National Self Build & Renovation Shows annually, which are excellent opportunities to meet our team and discuss your project in person.
The NSBRC is also home to other suppliers and consultants, which makes it a practical destination for gathering a range of information in a single trip.
Who this suits: Homeowners and self-builders at research or early planning stage who want to see a range of products and suppliers in person.

Norrsken products are on permanent display within the Scandia-Hus show homes at their East Grinstead site.
The setting gives a realistic idea of how the products sit within a completed timber-frame home - particularly useful for anyone considering a Scandia-Hus turn-key build or a similar timber construction system. Viewings are arranged directly through Scandia-Hus; the Scandia-Hus site is not typically open for unaccompanied drop-in visits.
Who this suits: Homeowners and self-builders who want to see Norrsken windows and doors within a finished residential interior, particularly those in conversation with Scandia-Hus about a new build.

The space is open for walk-ins and by appointment to meet our Passivhaus Consultant, Mike Webb.
Just curious to look around? We recommend letting us know you'll be there, so the Milestone team can show you around.

Unmistakably trusted.
The highest compliment is a recommendation. These are the voices of those who placed their trust in us.
"Excellent Company from start to finish… If only every window supplier operated like this! I have used many others over the years on various projects but Norrsken far exceeded all of them… I hope this helps you make a decision for what is probably a large chunk of your budget… They are totally worth it"

"Fantastic professional service, from the original design to the final installation. The triple-glazed windows and doors that have been fitted to our new house are of a very high quality and look amazing. Nigel

"I did my research before contacting Norrsken but they had come highly recommended by our Architect for our Passive House self build.
From the first meeting with Nick we felt confident that they were the Company for us."
Ali and Brian Manning

“The quality of the triple glazed, alu-clad windows and doors is superb. They feel so reassuringly solid ... I opted for a wood stain for the internal finish on the frames, and am so glad I did, as it shows off the beauty of the wood perfectly. The whole process from order to installation went smoothly. I thoroughly recommend Norrsken.”
Gareth
Homeowner
"Norrsken provided attentive service from drawings to on-site installation for our project at National Trust Stourhead and we would definitely recommend and repeat commission them on future projects."
