By working with its steep landscape, this Passive House remains sensitive to the surrounding area while enjoying panoramic views of the rolling South Yorkshire countryside. It won the
RIBA Yorkshire Award for 2024 and features in an 8-page case study in the August 2024
Grand Designs Magazine.
Design work was led by Sheffield practice HEM Architects and building work was carried out by Terry Huggett Developments. The home uses our triple-glazed windows and doors to deliver thermal performance that matches the building’s fabric and meet exacting Passive House standards.
