2025 has been a remarkable year for Norrsken.

We've grown, evolved and delivered more than ever, but more importantly, we've elevated what matters even further: quality products, genuine care, and a team who love what they do. Every project has reinforced why we're in this business: creating comfort for the homes we're trusted to be part of.

Excellence in Delivery

We installed over 5,500 square metres – nearly 400 tonnes – of glazing across the UK, plus 5.5 kilometres of sills and trims (up from 4km in 2024).

But what matters most is how we deliver. Our new 140-point pre-installation checklist ensures every site is fully prepared, while our RAMS process addresses unique health and safety considerations for each project. Surveyors Ed 'The Scientist' and Danny have worked tirelessly to ensure every project starts with precision.

  • 242 Projects Delivered

    We delivered 242 projects this year: 130 expert installations by our team and 112 supply-only orders. That's nearly five projects completed every week, year-round.

  • New Northern home

    We've established a presence at Home by Milestone in Derbyshire's historic Masson Mills – bringing Norrsken to self-builders and professionals across the Midlands.

  • Creators of comfort launched

    We launched our refreshed brand identity, built around a simple truth: we're Creators of Comfort. A new website, refined messaging and a clearer vision.

  • 7 new team members

    Seven new colleagues joined Norrsken this year, strengthening our sales, technical, marketing and operations teams. Great people building something great together.

  • Largest ever showroom

    Eight months of design and build transformed our Poole HQ into an immersive customer experience centre: a space to explore, be inspired and plan your project.

A space reimagined

After signing the contract on our new HQ at Poole's Alpha Centre, we spent eight months designing and building a space for the team – and our customers – to flourish.

The result is more than a showroom: it's an immersive experience centre where you can explore our full range, including new products not yet online. Discover the space or book your visit.

New NBS partnership

For architects, we've streamlined the specification process by integrating our products with NBS Source, with BIM objects in development – making it easier than ever to incorporate Norrsken into your projects with confidence.

The reviews that matter

Of all the feedback we received this year, one review captured something special about what we do. Rob, a homeowner in Devon completing a new-build Passive House, wrote:

"The doors and windows are fantastic – the lift and slide doors are on another level. The quality is, in my opinion, the best on the market, beating Nordan, Rationel and Velfac on quality and cost. The customer experience at quote stage wasn't the same as Norrsken – you get a different vibe.

The team have been great, such a really good bunch of people, starting with Nick ... such a lovely, honest, hard-working guy... The fitters are just machines ... And lastly, the man that no-one remembers, who makes all the magic happen: the surveyor. Ed is nothing short of a scientist. We had a complex wall of glazing on many elevations – everything fits perfectly. If you're starting a project and have a few companies to choose from, these are your guys."

Looking ahead

As we move into 2026, we're building on strong foundations.

Following this year's success at Grand Designs Live, we'll return with a new stand design that reflects even better who we are. We'll also be at tradeshows in Kent, Farnborough, Swindon and Exeter throughout the year.

Spring will bring showroom launch events in Poole – after-hours gatherings for homeowners, architects and builders to explore our space, enjoy a drink, and discuss energy-efficient building with our team. Our presence at Masson Mills will continue to develop, further establishing Norrsken as a trusted name across the Midlands.


Telling the Norrsken story

We'll also be growing the Creators of comfort story through brand development and video storytelling – sharing the people, projects and craftsmanship behind what we do.

Most importantly, we'll keep doing what we've always done: creating windows and doors that perform beautifully, backed by a team who genuinely love what they do.
