We recently worked on the new shop and nursery for Chestnut Nursery in Poole (a Sheltered Work Opportunities Project, which is a registered charity). The nursery provides voluntary work for adults with mental illness, aiming to improve mental well-being through the healing nature of horticulture.
The new garden centre in Poole Park is located adjacent to Poole Harbour and features gabion baskets of locally sourced Purbeck Stone, larch glulam beams, sweet chestnut cladding and Norrsken windows and doors.
Working with Greendale Construction and
Footprint Architects, Norrsken supplied a combination of triple glazed windows and doors, with excellent u-values and solar control glass. Our team installed the windows and doors on this new build project which was completed in April 2019
