Our sales team will guide you through this, helping you to understand what’s needed for your unique project. Design changes often occur along the way and several quotes might be needed before everything is ready to go.

When you're ready to move forward, we become your dedicated partners and raise a 10% invoice, starting the process of getting your order ready for final production.

Your final approval

Before we begin manufacturing your bespoke windows and doors, we'll present you with a comprehensive overview of exactly what we'll be creating for your home. This is your opportunity to review and confirm every detail, ensuring complete confidence in your investment. Once you're completely satisfied and give your approval, we move seamlessly into production, bringing your vision to life with precision and care.

This is when your vision truly starts taking shape. While our skilled engineers manufacture your windows and doors to exact specifications, we stay connected with your project timeline.

Whether you're managing your own installation or we're handling it for you, we ensure everything aligns perfectly for delivery. We'll send out preparatory requirements for delivery, schedule the arrival of your new windows and doors, and may conduct a site visit to discuss requirements with your on-site team.

Where installation has been purchased, once site preparations are complete, we carry out the installation of your new windows and doors

One of the most important and exciting parts of your whole project, our experienced teams operate with safety as our priority. From protection measures to precise fitting, we ensure your products are handled professionally and, if you’re replacing the windows in your own home, your daily life is minimally disrupted.

On completion of this phase we will ask you or your site manager to check everything, agree snagging and aftercare steps needed, and sign-off the installation.

Post-installation, any final details or adjustments are taken care of by our service engineers and customer care team. They'll also be your point of contact if any problems arise during the warranty period.
