Norrsken remains in the industry sector of construction suppliers and is permitted to continue operating during this time. As such, we remain open throughout this period and are continuing our quotation, ordering and supply process as usual. Most of our core team are working from home and using videoconferencing to discuss client requirements and giving ongoing support.
Along with the rest of the 'retail' sector, we are delighted to be reopening our showroom on April 12th to our prospective clients and those who want to see our products for themselves. While the team have used virtual showroom visits to great effect over the most recent lockdown, we are looking forward to seeing you in person when guidelines allow. Service visits to resolve product issues are currently suspended. Please do contact us with any queries you might have. Our customer support team will note these issues to be addressed when normal operations resume.
We are continuing to deliver windows and doors to our customers, ensuring that deliveries are operated in a contactless manner. Installation work is also permitted within the government guidelines of the lockdown and so, where our customers remain happy to have activity onsite, these continue to go ahead. All our teams work with distancing measures and COVID precautions in place. Should this situation change at any point, Norrsken will ensure that our customers are kept informed and that any newly required actions are undertaken.
EXHIBITIONS
All major trade shows have been cancelled until mid-2021. As soon as trade shows become available again we will update this information and you will be able to see Norrsken windows and doors in various parts of the country as before.
